✅ Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Debt Freedom app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Vektor Core Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of Debt Freedom.

Your continued use of the App following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

📖 Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

📱 Use of the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

Permitted uses include:

• Entering and tracking your personal debts and payment history
• Using the payoff planning features for personal financial management
• Enabling notifications for payment reminders and milestones
• Exporting or reviewing your own data for personal use

⚠️ Financial Disclaimer

The payoff plans, timelines, and calculations generated by the App are based solely on the information you enter. They are estimates intended to help you organise and visualise your debt repayment — not guarantees of any outcome.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor, credit counsellor, or relevant professional before making significant financial decisions.

We are not responsible for:

• Any financial decisions made based on information provided by the App
• Errors arising from inaccurate data you enter
• Changes in interest rates, fees, or creditor terms that affect your actual payoff timeline
• Any financial loss, penalties, or consequences resulting from your use of the App

🗂️ Your Content & Data

You retain full ownership of all data and content you enter into the App. We do not claim any rights over your financial information.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure and your app data private

We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app deletion, OS updates, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

©️ Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, branding, name "Debt Freedom", and all associated materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Vektor Core Studio and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Use the Vektor Core Studio or Debt Freedom name or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App or its content

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the App
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful data into the App
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or interact with the App
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the App and, where appropriate, legal action.

📋 Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability or satisfactory quality
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of calculations or projections
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vektor Core Studio shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Financial losses arising from use of or reliance on the App
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD — whichever is greater.

🔚 Termination

You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time. Doing so terminates your licence under these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, the following sections survive: Financial Disclaimer, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.

📝 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do:

• The "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised
• For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification
• Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the App. Previous versions of these Terms are available on request.

🌐 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vektor Core Studio is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
